We understand that some parents wish to book a locker for their child that is located close to their form room. To assist with this, we are pleased to share the form room locations for our new Year 7 students who will be joining us in September.

Today, we have sent a detailed email to all new parents and carers containing your child's essential login information for their school accounts.
These details are vital and will be used to access the school's online services. Students will be required to use the computers on their first day, so please ensure they learn their details.
The email also provides instructions on how students can access the Go4Schools platform from September 1st to view timetables, progress, and more.
If you have any questions after reading the email, please contact the relevant support team:
For IT queries (including email and Go4Schools): itquery@moultonschool.co.uk

We recently sent a letter to all our current parents with key information for the start of the new school year in September 2025.
As your child will be joining us in Year 7, we wanted to make sure you had access to this letter as well, as you may find it helpful. The letter contains important updates and reminders about the return to school, our uniform policy, and a new mobile phone policy.

Key points from the letter include:
Phased Return in September:
Tuesday, 2nd September: Only Year 7 and Year 12 students are to attend school.
Wednesday, 3rd September: Year 7, Year 11, Year 12, and Year 13 students are in school.
Thursday, 5th September: All year groups return to school.
Uniform:
All students are expected to be in correct school uniform from the first day.
Please note that the black jumper is no longer part of the school uniform and cannot be worn from September.
New Mobile Phone Policy:
From September, the school will operate a "gate to gate" policy, meaning our site is a complete no-smart-phone zone for all students during school hours.
Phones must be switched off and out of sight before entering and after leaving the school premises. There will be sanctions for non-compliance, including confiscation of the phone.
This was originally shared at our Parents' Transition Evening for Year 6 students joining Year 7 this September. It's now available to download. Please forgive us, as without the accompanying speakers, some parts of the presentation might seem vague.

We want to introduce you to an important app for payments and communications: My ED. You will use the My ED app to pay for dinner money and school trips, and to receive messages and letters from the school. We are rolling out this new system today, ready for its September 2025 launch.
This works alongside Go4Schools, which is the app you will use to view student reports, timetables, and monitor attendance and behaviour. More information about Go4Schools can be found here.
To ensure you are ready for September, please take a moment to set up the MyED app:
Please download the 'My ED' app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
For a detailed, step-by-step guide with screenshots, please download our My ED Parent Guide.
When you register, you must use the exact name, mobile number, and email address that the school holds for the 'Priority 1' contact. The app uses these details to link to your child's account.
IMPORTANT NOTE: After registering, please allow up to 24 hours for your child's details to appear in the app while our systems sync.
For a full step-by-step guide and further details, please visit the Important Information page and expand the Cashless Catering & Online Payments (My ED) section.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PAYMENTS
Please note: We are currently in the process of setting up the payments module within the My ED app.
While we encourage you to download the app and register your account now, the 'Payments' section is not yet active. You will not be able to add funds to your child's dinner money account at this time.
We anticipate this feature will be live towards the end of August 2025. We will update this page and contact you directly with an exact date as soon as it is confirmed. Thank you for your patience as we complete this transition.
